What is this?

BINGOPE is a phone-friendly bingo game for the Minnesota State Fair ¹. You get a single card for the day of things to see and do. Walk around the fair and mark off squares as you see/do them.

I'm not gonna explain how bingo works. You already know. But as for verifying things and awarding prizes? That's between you and your group.
